Wind Therapy

This past weekend I went home with Cindy to Oneonta. We went to the OHS 35th high school reunion even though I didn't graduate from OHS. I would have if we hadn't moved so it was nice to see a lot of people I haven't seen in years. One of the events this weekend was a motorcyle run to promote motorcyle safety. It was organized by a childhood friend's wife to honor her son who was killed last year in a motorcyle accident. This was my ride and it was a great one.

I was so lucky that the owner of this bike didn't mind a passenger. We rode through northern Otsego County (which included Cooperstown and Otsego Lake) for at least two hours. I was in heaven. The hills were alive with color and it was an unbelievably gorgeous day. The owner of the bike told Cindy and me all about wind therapy. I lifted the shield on my helmet and let it all in.
